El coloquio conferencia fue apoyado por la Universidad de Burdeos 3, el laboratorio ADES (Planificaci\u00f3n, Desarrollo, Medio Ambiente y Sociedad), la unidad mixta de investigaci\u00f3n del CNRS 5185, y por el CRAJEP (Comit\u00e9 Regional de asociaciones de educaci\u00f3n popular) Aquitania. La apertura internacional se ha conseguido con la participaci\u00f3n de acad\u00e9micos y profesionales del IEPSA espa\u00f1ol (Zaragoza), bajo los auspicios de un programa de cooperaci\u00f3n interregional Aquitania-Arag\u00f3n, de colegas portugueses del ESEL (Lisboa) y del Quebec, de la UQAM de Montreal.<\/p>\n<p>Los IUT, que incluyen los departamentos que se reunieron de las Carreras de redes sociales (ADCS), se encuentran en las universidades, y reclaman una formaci\u00f3n profesional de anclaje a la que contribuyen estimulando el progreso de la investigaci\u00f3n enraizada en acci\u00f3n. Se intent\u00f3 en esta conferencia articular la pr\u00e1ctica y la investigaci\u00f3n, la comparaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y el an\u00e1lisis de los profesionales, confrontando comunicaciones, conocimientos y saberes de investigaci\u00f3n y el conocimiento y los saberes fruto de la experiencia.<\/p>\n<p>La relaci\u00f3n con la pol\u00edtica no es nueva para los animadores: el mundo pol\u00edtico y su gobernanza influyen en la vida social y cultural en la que se les pide que intervengan; a menudo se enfrentan a la pol\u00edtica de hechos e incluso dependen de la agenda pol\u00edtica; y son cuestionados tanto por la expresi\u00f3n pol\u00edtica ciudadana, como por su propio compromiso con el logro de la meta de la emancipaci\u00f3n, o por su evitaci\u00f3n de la pol\u00edtica. Tres ejes invitan la pregunta y el desarrollo de una comprensi\u00f3n cr\u00edtica de la relaci\u00f3n pol\u00edtica de la animaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La animaci\u00f3n sociocultural y la pol\u00edtica: \u00bfqu\u00e9 articulaciones?<\/li>\n<li>Amadoras y animadores: pr\u00e1cticas, retos y limitaciones.<\/li>\n<li>El lugar de la ciudadan\u00eda: actrices o espectadores?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les textes sont issus du colloque international des 23 et 24 janvier 2012 initi\u00e9 par l&#8217;ISIAT (Institut Sup\u00e9rieur d&#8217;Ing\u00e9nieurs-Animateurs Territoriaux), IUT Michel de Montaigne, a\u00a0 Bordeaux. Ce colloque a re\u00e7u l&#8217;appui de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 Bordeaux 3, du laboratoire ADES (Am\u00e9nagement, D\u00e9veloppement, Environnement et Soci\u00e9t\u00e9) unit\u00e9 mixte de recherche 5185 du CNRS, et du CRAJEP (Comit\u00e9 r\u00e9gional des associations d&#8217;\u00e9ducation populaire) Aquitaine. L&#8217;ouverture internationale s&#8217;est traduite par la participation d&#8217;universitaires et de professionnels espagnols de l&#8217;IEPSA \u00e0 Saragosse, sous l&#8217;\u00e9gide d&#8217;un programme de coop\u00e9ration inter-r\u00e9gional Aquitaine-Arag\u00f3n, de coll\u00e8gues portugais de l&#8217;ESEL \u00e0 Lisbonne, et qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois de I&#8217;UQAM \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n<p><img style=\"width: 292px; height: 446px;\" src=\"\/res\/wp-content\/uploads\/img_res_1al18\/4247.jpg\" alt=\"Portada libro\" align=\"right\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"6\" vspace=\"6\" \/>Les IUT, dont les d\u00e9partements Carri\u00e8res sociales sont rassembl\u00e9s en r\u00e9seau (ADCS), sont, au sein des Universit\u00e9s, des lieux qui font valoir un ancrage professionnel des formations auxquelles ils contribuent, et qui stimulent l&#8217;avanc\u00e9e d&#8217;une recherche ancr\u00e9e dans l&#8217;action. Il s&#8217;est agi dans ce colloque d&#8217;articuler pratique et recherche, de confronter communications scientifiques et analyses de praticiens, savoirs de recherche et savoirs d&#8217;exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n<p>La question du rapport au politique n&#8217;est pas nouvelle pour les animateurs: le monde politique et sa gouvernance influent sur la vie sociale et culturelle dans laquelle il leur est demand\u00e9 d&#8217;intervenir, ils sont souvent confront\u00e9s au fait politique et m\u00eame d\u00e9pendants de l&#8217;agenda politique, et ils sont questionn\u00e9s tant par l&#8217;expression politique citoyenne que par leur propre engagement dans une vis\u00e9e d&#8217;\u00e9mancipation, ou par leur \u00e9vitement du politique.
